All orders are automatically processed through our trusted suppliers within 1–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Note: Processing times may vary slightly depending on the supplier, product availability, and holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

- Netherlands / Europe: 7–15 business days

- United States: 7–20 business days

- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or local postal services.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on most products unless stated otherwise. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown during checkout.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking information to become active.

5. Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to speed up delivery, depending on warehouse location and product availability.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. Silvapet is not responsible for these additional charges. The customer is responsible for checking and paying any applicable fees.

7. Delays & Lost Packages

Although rare, delays can happen due to customs, weather, or logistics issues. If your order hasn't arrived after 30 business days, please contact us at all time, and we’ll investigate the issue or offer a suitable solution.
